RECEIVED ORDERS

Most Orders Ship Within Two Working Business Days.

Items order that have zero stock are typically shipped within 7-14 Business Days of placed order.

The delivery time frame will vary based on the shipping option chosen during the checkout process. All shipping time frames are quoted below in business days.

STANDARD SHIPPING

The default method of shipping at Music By Email.com is USPS Standard Delivery. Standard delivery is sent Media Mail.

Standard Delivery -
Standard delivery, via USPS Standard Delivery, is available to all 50 United States and U.S. territories. Orders are filled within two business days of receipt. Backorders are shipped when the out-of-stock product is received. Pre-orders are scheduled to ship to arrive on or about the product street date.

On average, Standard Delivery takes 2 to 9 business days for delivery. But may take as many as 15 business days.

Priority Delivery (US only)

Includes the following: 2- 4 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

International Shipments

We ship via USPS. Please be aware that due to shipping restrictions or lack of delivery services to certain countries, Any customs, taxes, import duties, or any other applicable charges are your responsibility and are collected once the package reaches your country. We have no jurisdiction over these expenses and cannot determine what they may be. Customs polices vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

A street address & contact phone number is required for all international shipments.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a replacement.

Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
You will receive replacements for the item(s) for defective, damaged or misshipped items.

How-To

When making a return, place the item in the box it arrived in and send it back to us. Don't forget to include a brief note stating the reason for the return and if you'd like an exchange or replacement. Exchanges must be for items of equal value.

Orders shipped to the state FL will be charged 7% sales tax.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

In many instances, you may pre-order items on Musicbyemail.com. Such items will list an expected shipping timeframe and a release date. We will ship the item(s) to you on the actual availability date. Therefore, your total time for delivery would be:

Total time for delivery = Time until availability date + Delivery timeframe
(based on the shipping method chosen during the checkout process)

Availability dates are supplied by the manufacturer or distributor of the product and are subject to change without notice. Once we learn of any changes to the availability date, we update the availability information on our site.

If you do not wish to wait for a delay, you may request a cancellation for your order, provided that the item has not been shipped. If we do not hear from you before we ship the item, we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.
